Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake with Cocoa Glaze

I offered to make a cake for Andre's little birthday cookout; but, I couldn't go to the store and I didn't have much time. So I made this simple cake with just a few tweeks to make it fancy.

First garden bounty of 2011

My garden this year is exploding! I'm so glad to be groundhog free this year.

The first bit of produce (other than bunches of chives and basil) was this zucchini. And it was quickly turned into zucchini bread and muffins and also added to some veggie pasta salad.

I love summer!!
